Shipping and delivery

We work with trusted fulfillment partners to prepare and ship your orders quickly and reliably. Products ship from fulfillment locations in the United States and overseas. Delivery depends on the product, destination, and shipping method. Orders containing products from different locations may arrive in separate packages.

Estimated U.S. delivery

Most orders are processed and packed within 1-5 business days before dispatch. Most orders arrive within 7-14 business days of ordering. Some items ship from U.S. warehouses and arrive sooner, typically 3-8 business days after shipment.

These are general estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Product-specific shipping methods can differ. Customs, carrier delays, and destination conditions may affect delivery. If you need an item by a particular date, contact us before ordering.

Shipping charges

U.S. shipping is a flat $8.00 on orders under $60; U.S. orders of $60 or more ship FREE. International shipping is a $10.00 flat rate (UK £6.99; Germany €7.99; Sweden 105 SEK), with delivery in 7-14 business days.

Tracking and support

Every order ships with tracking, and tracking information is emailed when your order ships. If tracking has not updated after 10 business days, email info@shopezra.us with your order number and we will investigate.
