SHOPEZRA L.L.C is a registered Michigan business, run by its owner in Grand Rapids. This page is our services and pricing, in writing — what you get, what it costs, and how we work. No surprises after you order.
What every order includes
- A tracking number on every order, emailed to you when your order ships.
- Honest delivery windows, stated before you pay — never after.
- A real person at the other end. The owner reads every email himself.
Pricing
- Every product in the store is priced from $30. The price you see is the price you pay — no hidden fees added later.
- Shipping is $8 on orders under $60, and free on orders of $60 or more.
- Discount codes are published on the store and in our emails. The code either applies at checkout or it doesn't — we don't do side deals or haggle prices by message.
Shipping and delivery
- Orders are processed in 1–5 business days.
- Most orders arrive in 7–14 business days.
- International shipping is a $10 flat rate (United Kingdom £6.99 · Germany €7.99 · Sweden 105 SEK).
- For Christmas delivery, order by Friday, December 4, 2026.
Returns and exchanges
- We offer 30-day returns and exchanges. If something isn't right, email us first and we'll walk you through it.
How we work
- All business is done by email — info@shopezra.us — so everything is in writing and nothing gets lost. We don't take orders by phone or through social media messages.
- Orders are placed through the store checkout only, so your payment and your tracking stay protected in one place.
- We work with customers who value clear terms, and we keep our terms the same for everyone: same prices, same windows, same policy.
