We stand behind our products with free exchanges. If you receive a defective item, the wrong item, or an item damaged in transit, contact info@shopezra.us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a free exchange or replacement at no cost to you.

To keep our prices fair for everyone, we're unable to offer refunds or returns for change of mind — change-of-mind sales are final.
