How much does shipping cost?

We charge an $8 flat rate on orders under $60. Shipping is free on orders over $60. Express shipping is available for $15.

Delivery times vary by supplier. You will receive an estimated delivery window in your order confirmation email, and every order includes tracking.

Yes. Every order includes tracking. Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow your package.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer free exchanges for defective, wrong, or damaged items within 30 days of delivery. Please email photos of the issue to info@shopezra.us so we can help you right away.
