Return Policy

Changed your mind? You may return or exchange unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right with a replacement or refund. To start a return or exchange, email info@shopezra.us. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected; refund processing takes up to 10 business days after we receive the item.
