Shipping and delivery

We partner with trusted suppliers to fulfill your orders quickly and reliably. We do not hold product inventory or dispatch orders from Grand Rapids. Products ship from our suppliers’ fulfillment locations in the United States or overseas. Delivery depends on the product, destination and shipping method. Orders containing products from different suppliers may arrive in separate packages.

Estimated U.S. delivery

  • Trendsi products (US warehouse): 2–5 business days in transit after shipment; order processing time is additional. Published standard delivery estimates are 5–10 business days for overseas products.
  • TeemDrop: orders are processed and packed within 1–5 business days before dispatch; transit time varies by shipping route and cannot be accurately predicted. Shipping fees shown before payment are estimates; the fee at payment time prevails. All TeemDrop shipments are fully trackable.
  • CJdropshipping (US warehouse): 3–8 business days.
  • Banlieue91: orders are handled within 1–4 business days; US delivery 7–11 business days (free standard shipping, tracked); Canada and rest of world 8–15 business days.

These are general supplier estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Product-specific shipping methods can differ. Customs, carrier delays and destination conditions may affect delivery. If you need an item by a particular date, contact us before ordering.

Shipping charges

US shipping is a flat $8.00 on orders under $60; US orders of $60 or more ship FREE. Most orders arrive in 7–14 business days. International shipping: $10.00 flat (UK £6.99; Germany €7.99; Sweden 105 SEK), 7–14 business days.

Tracking and support

Tracking information is emailed when your order ships. If tracking has not updated after 10 business days, email info@shopezra.us with your order number and we will investigate.
